Are you a donor? A donor is someone who gives something of their own body, living or dead. Hundreds of thousands of Dutch people periodically donate blood to keep the blood banks stocked. In the case of kidney transplants, the donor kidney often comes from a living relative. There is quite a lot you can donate: organs, placenta, breast milk, bone marrow, eggs, sperm, tissue... and at the end of the day, you can donate your whole body to serve science or others: many pieces that you no longer need can complete someone else's broken puzzle.
